At our institution, the Operations Department takes charge of the non-instructional facets of student life. This includes overseeing Construction, Facilities Services, Food Services, Grounds Maintenance, Safety and Health protocols, Student Services, and Transportation logistics.
In close collaboration with our Instructional Services Department, these divisions ensure a nurturing, safe, and conducive environment for student growth and development.
Under the purview of the Operations Department lies several critical responsibilities. These include managing the School Board Policy Manual, maintaining the school calendar, overseeing Program Capacities, administering the Schools Security Program, managing the Facilities Use Manual and Fee Schedule, and spearheading our 'Green Initiatives' to promote sustainability.
