Personnel Appointments June, 2025

Last night the School Board approved the following personnel appointments:

Dr. Amy Stamm

Dr. Amy Stamm has been named Chief Human Resources Officer for Gloucester County Public Schools. With 24 years in education, 11 as a principal, recent cabinet-level experience and a demonstrated history of student-centered results, she will continue to focus on cultivating highly effective talent and empowering principals as instructional leaders across the division. A search for her replacement will begin immediately.

Patrice Stokes
Patrice Stokes has been appointed Director of School Counseling at Gloucester High School. With nearly 15 years of experience and a strong focus on mental health, academic support, and postsecondary readiness, Patrice will lead with care, clarity, and a commitment to student success and counselor support.

Kristen Shook has accepted the position of Behavior Interventionist. A dedicated educator with 13 years of classroom experience and current K–12 administrative training, Kristen will help bridge behavior and academic success through restorative practices, data-informed support, and close collaboration with teachers and students.

Jessica RipleyJessica Ripley has been appointed as a Behavior Interventionist. With a Master’s in Special Education and a background in applied behavior analysis, crisis response, and client care, Jessica will work to support students’ behavioral growth and strengthen learning environments across the division.

Leann VLeeAnn VanVranken has been selected as the Gifted Resource Teacher. With 26 years of experience and a history of success with Future Problem Solving teams, LeeAnn will support gifted learners through enrichment opportunities that foster critical thinking, creativity, and deeper engagement.
