Community Resource and Basic Assistance Guides
Gloucester County Resource Guide - a comprehensive listing of all known county departments/agencies, schools/school departments, community/non-profit organizations and faith-based/churches, contact information, meeting dates, and services/programs/resources they provide. The guide can be searched by keyword (i.e. medical care, Social Services, housing, Rotary Club, food, etc.) or an alphabetical listing by clicking on Step 3, “Get Information.” The directory is maintained by the Department of Community Engagement.
“How Can We Help You?” - a booklet compiled by the Gloucester Resource Council, a network of human service-oriented groups and individuals, and is a guide to basic assistance resources such as food/clothing closets, financial and emergency assistance, emergency housing/sheltering, medical/health needs, and other valuable contacts and resources.
