Gloucester County Public Schools has adopted a new Student-Information-System, Pearson PowerSchool. A part of this new system, Parent Portal will allow parents to view grades and attendance through an online web-based portal.  (We will no longer utilize PIV or HAC)
  • Parents/Guardians will use a browser to view grades and attendance in 'real-time.'
  • Assignments and student performance can be viewed as soon as entries are made by teachers into their electronic grade books.
  • Parent Portal  organizes and formats the data for convenient viewing at any time, day or night.
  • NOTE: Parents will use one login and password to view grades and attendance for all children; using one account.

Implementation

  • Parent Portal  Access Codes for parents of Gloucester High School students were mailed during the last week of September. 
  • Page and Peasley Middle School parents will obtain access codes, shortly thereafter. (Look for information from your child's school as to when Access Codes are available.) 
  • Parent Portal  information for Elementary Schools will come home as soon as this feature becomes available.

How can I sign up?

Click -- CREATE ACCOUNT
Fill in all appropriate fields
Enter the ACCESS CODE
             (issued from your child's school)
Click ENTER

HOW do I obtain my Access Code?

 Contact your child's school for your Access Code.
Suppose I lose my username and password? Click the link 'Having trouble signing in' to open a Recover Account Sign In Information page.
How often will grades be posted/updated? Contact your child's teacher or school Administration.
Please allow 48 hours for a teacher to respond to an e-mail.
What is Student Access? The bottom section of your Parent Access Code Letter contains a Confidential ID and Password for Student Login Information.
What is the Daily Bulletin? The Daily Bulletin is a tool where your child's school can post announcements, messages and reminders; similar to an online bulletin board.
Can I add a Student to my Parent Account? Yes, go to the Account Preferences Tab:
*Click the STUDENTS Tab
*Click the ADD icon
*Enter the first and last name of student
*Enter the unique access ID and password on school letter
*Enter the relationship
*Click SUBMIT
