First of Evaluations
 
Well the first of the evaluations are in. So far one high school Spanish teacher and her class have looked at the site. The evaluations were very positive. The class that was involved was an upper level class and they requested more grammatical topics pertinent to the upper levels such as subjunctive mood. That is awesome new! I hope that students will enjoy the site and I look forward to adding

Revisions, revisions, revisions....
 
Revise and edit, that seems to be my theme right now. In testing the site, I found that a link was entered wrong and so that had to be revised. Not a big deal except that to make revisions in iWeb I have to re-publish the site and that’s a bit time consuming--that’s my only complaint about using iWeb--it’s very cumbersome to make changes to the site. Lessons Learned
 
Ok, so I’m looking back over the past few weeks--much of which seems like a blur. Between working full-time, being a wife and mother of two (17 and 4), I am finishing up my Master’s Thesis project. Oh, did that sound whiney? Anyway, I have learned much over these past few weeks in regard to video podcasting.

The Plan
 
My project began with the idea to create a website where students learning Spanish could get help with various grammar topics. I decided to include video podcasts as well as links to practice activities.
